Check My Award Status

You can check your financial aid award status online with Colleague Self Service.

Accessing financial aid information online is the best way to stay informed and receive updates about your financial aid. You can make necessary adjustments to your award and view any documents that may need to be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid. Your Colleague Self-Service account will be an essential tool throughout your time at 蚂蚁福利导航.

Logging in to Colleague Self Service

New Student Login:

After receiving your financial aid offer letter in the mail, take some time to familiarize yourself with your Colleague Self-Service account.

Returning Student Login:

After receiving your financial aid offer email alert or missing information email, log in to your Colleague Self-Service account to view the relevant details.

Helpful Information

All students have access to the same information within Colleague Self-Service. When logging in, make sure to check the 鈥淐urrent Award Year鈥 drop-down menu鈥攍ocated under your name and identification number on the welcome screen鈥攖o ensure you are viewing the correct award year. This allows you to access financial aid information for any year in which you received aid.

Here is a breakdown of some of the informational tabs found on the site by clicking on the words “Financial Aid” at the top left side of the screen:

Home. The homepage allows you to review a brief breakdown of documents. This page also lists a few resources, such as a website for alternative loan lenders and PLUS loan options. You can find important contact information as well.

Offer Letter. The budget section shows the maximum amount you can borrow with all your financial aid, student employment, and outside resources or loans. Once you have been packaged with aid, your awards will be in a pending status. You will need to accept or decline the loans and submit the changes in the “My Awards” tab.

View your aid offer. The 鈥淢y Awards鈥 tab will give you a breakdown of your aid between the semesters you are awarded. For example, if you were offered aid for the standard academic year, you would be able to view how your aid is split between the fall and spring semesters.

Documents you need to complete. The 鈥淩equired Documents鈥 tab will show you a list of all the documents that we received as well as the needed documents. If one of the requirements listed has a hyperlink, you will be able to聽 click on the link to bring you to a website.

Loan history. Located on the Home tab, the loan history shows your federal loan debt as was reported on your most recent FAFSA. This will not include any private or alternative loans. For up-to-date information, view your federal loan debt at . You will need to know your Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID) and password to access your FSA Dashboard account.
