FERPA

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), students must provide authorization for 蚂蚁福利导航 to speak with anyone other than the student about their account. This includes parents, guardians, spouses, and others. Please review detailed information about what FERPA covers and how to provide third parties with access to your student account information.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement Policy

The University will allow students who expect employer reimbursement to defer their payment until 30 days after the end of the semester. The following steps must be completed prior to the due date for the term/semester for which the reimbursement applies.

Students should follow this procedure to arrange payment.

1. Complete the student sections of the Employer Reimbursement Form and submit it to your employer鈥檚 Human Resources Office to have the 鈥淓mployer Verification鈥� section completed.
2. Submit the completed form to the Student Accounts Office (studentaccounts@rivier.edu) prior to the due date for the term/semester for which it applies. Incomplete or late submission of this form will not be accepted and payment in full will be required prior to the start of classes.
3. The Student Accounts Office will send instructions to establish a Deferred Payment Plan within your payment portal at . A $40 payment plan enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment, and a scheduled payment is required. The scheduled payment will be processed in one lump sum 30 days after the end of the semester.

If you do not reimburse the University within 30 days after the end of the class or classes, the University reserves the right to assess late fees/finance charges and place your account for outside collection activity. Your account will be placed on hold, subsequent enrollments will not be allowed until the account has been satisfied, and no transcript/diploma will be released.

Note:聽Students with a poor payment history may not be able to participate in this program.
